CCPD directs CBSE to issue a circular with clarity and not ask schools or parents to refer to Gazatte orders.

CCPD clarifies that the Gazette certification is for permanent disability certificates and the CBSE one is only for one exam and hence they can keep in mind how much of the Gazatte they need to follow while not diluting the validity of the report

CBSE argues that the issue is with only EKM district in Kerala with over 2000 students and hence they are skeptical of fake certificates

We argue that CBSE can by all means be skeptical and call out the names of centres and professionals they are not okay with OR even clarify that GH is mandated , but clarify in advance and not leave it for school and parents to guess.

We argue that when a report is rejected there needs to be clear reason mentioned and not refer to Gazatte as it was mentioned last year

We argue that if there are license professionals giving fake certificates, the professionals need to bear the brunt of it and not the students or parents or schools

CCPD agrees that asking for a clear circular is much acceptable demand.
