GNLU Centre For Disability Studies & Sruti Disability Rights Centre organised a consultation on Draft NALSA Guidelines (Legal Services to Persons with Mental illness and Persons with Intellectual Disabilities). I got a 10 minutes speaking time thanks to Shampa Sengupta .

Listening to it again today and figured how frustrated and cynical I've become about anything changing Ouch!!! Indeed HOPE is the only way forward. Hanging on and grateful for the progress however excruciating and painfully slow it is.
