Hope “Boys will be Boys”

December 29, 2025

❤ Hope the "Boys will be Boys" ❤ Hope the "Boys will be Boys" who learn to be kind, Not hiding behind masks that keep them confined, So they don’t grow into men locked in pride, Afraid to show softness, or what’s deep inside. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who learn to fail, To face judgment without turning pale, So they don’t grow into men who hide, Never taking risks, with no courage inside. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who know to cry, To let sadness and pain surface, not hide, So they don’t grow into men who suppress, What they feel, not knowing how to express. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who seek, not comfort alone, And never get stuck in a place unknown, So they don’t grow into men full of doubt, Living a life they never cared about. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who speak their truth, Making informed choices as youth, So they don’t grow into men who deceive, Wearing false faces filled with disbelief. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who understand love is not force, But about understanding and respect, of course, So they don’t grow into men who possess, Thinking love is control, not tenderness. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who value their health, Not just six-pack abs but true inner wealth, So they don’t grow into men obsessed with display, Ignoring the balance that keeps sickness at bay. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who turn from escape, Facing their struggles with courage and grace, So they don’t grow into men who depend, On distractions or addictions their pain to amend. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who realize their worth is within, Not in titles, achievements, or the wealth they spin, So they don’t grow into men who hoard, Chasing success, feeling empty, ignored. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who say "no" when needed, To rest and recharge, feeling unimpeded, So they don’t grow into men who burn, Until they break, with no strength left to return. Hope “Boys will be Boys” who embrace vulnerability, Knowing perfection is a false reality, So they don’t grow into men who deceive, Lying to themselves and others, unable to grieve. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who feel all emotions, without shame, Anxiety, sadness, anger—they’re all the same, So they don’t grow into men who dismiss, The feelings of others, or think they don’t exist. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who build empathy, not walls, Hearing others' stories, answering their calls, So they don’t grow into men who isolate, Judging others’ pain, never able to relate. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who accept their flaws, And show themselves mercy as they pause, So they don’t grow into men who shame, Themselves for mistakes, trapped in their own blame. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who embrace the power of "I don’t know," Understanding that learning is how we grow, So they don’t grow into men who pretend, To know it all, but cannot comprehend. Hope "Boys will be Boys" who realize strength is found, In lifting others up, not pushing them down, So they don’t grow into men who demand, Success at all costs, with no helping hand. Hope the "Boys will be Boys" who grow into men, The boys that their fathers could not be then, So they don’t grow into men trapped in the past, Fulfilling the roles that were never meant to last.
