I appreciate the opportunity to have attended the Interactive Session with 100 Women Scientists on International Women's Day hosted by Naval Physical and Oceanography Laboratory. It was indeed an empowering day, and I'm glad to have been part of it. The event was a great platform for meaningful discussions, and it was inspiring to engage with so many accomplished women scientists. International Women's Day serves as a reminder of the significant contributions women make in various fields, including science, and this event was a wonderful celebration of their achievements. I'd like to express my gratitude to the organizers for putting together such an impactful event. While it's in the past, I believe the discussions and connections made during the session will continue to have a positive influence on promoting women in science and achieving gender balance in the field.
