It's wonderful to see initiatives like #VIHAAN that aim to promote mental health awareness and well-being. Mental health is a crucial aspect of overall health, and it's heartening to see efforts to make it a part of everyday conversations and routines. Combining mental health awareness with fitness sessions is a great way to emphasize the holistic nature of well-being, encompassing both physical and mental health.  Promoting mental health education in schools, colleges, and workplaces is a positive step toward creating a society that prioritizes mental well-being and reduces stigma. It's through such efforts that we can hope to create a world where everyone understands and values mental health.
